We are a traditional 16th century pub with original low beams and a vibrant atmosphere with a modern twist on the square in Braintree Town centre. Our suberb alfresco dining is ideal for eating with friends, why not enjoy our great food at great prices. You can enjoy your food and get great value from the liquor promotions we run Friday and Saturdays are club nights when we stay open till 3am. Our fantastic DJs play all the latest music as well as some of the old school classics we all love. We run promotions on all your favourite drinks, so there is no excuse to stay in at the weekends. Then why not use our FREE function room! We cater for two and three course meals for up to 30 people or for bigger parties there is our famous buffet option which we can cater up to 70 people.
