  • Q1. Where can I buy Pub Tokens?

    You can buy Pub Tokens direct from us as well as a limited number of third party re-sellers. If you are offered the opportunity to purchase Pub Tokens by any third party then please contact us to check that the tokens are legitimate.

  • Q2. WHAT DENOMINATIONS DO PUB TOKENS COME IN?

  • Q3. Where can I use Pub Tokens?

    In over 1,450 pubs and restaurants throughout the UK. Use our Find a Pub facility to find your closest participating outlets.

  • Q4. WHAT CAN I SPEND MY PUB TOKENS ON?

    You can use your Pub Tokens to pay for any food, drinks or accommodation at all participating pubs. Pub Tokens can be used just like cash in conjunction with any other offers or promotional discounts available to cash customers.

  • Q5. HOW CAN I PAY FOR PUB TOKENS?

    We accept payment online using most credit and debit cards (including American Express). We also accept online payment via PayPal. If you want to order more than £400 of Pub Tokens then please call our Corporate Sales Team on 01722 781195 or email corporate@pubtokens.com and we can arrange to take your payment over the telephone or by bank transfer.

  • Q6. CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE?

    No you can't choose a delivery date, but from 1 October - 25 December you can select a dispatch date (First Class post will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch). Simply place your order and immediately forward your order confirmation email to info@pubtokens.com specifying your preferred dispatch date (Mon-Fri). You will not receive a reply but as long as your email is received before your order is dispatched we will action your request.

  • Q7. How much will it cost to send my Pub Tokens?

    Orders up to £20 will cost between £1.89 (First Class) and £2.79 (First Class Recorded Delivery). Orders of between £25 and £400 will cost between £2.79 (First Class Recorded Delivery) and £4.65 (First Class Recorded Delivery). Special (next working day) Delivery is availble for all orders and costs between £6.99 and £7.99. The postage options and relevant prices will be displayed before you are required to make payment.

  • Q8. How long will my order take to arrive?

    We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm, over the weekend or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day however we cannot guarantee this. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the method of delivery you choose and the delivery guarantees made by your chosen provider and we cannot be held responsible for any delays on their part. If you select Royal Mail Recorded Delivery your order will be sent by First Class post and a signature will be required on delivery. If the recipient is not available to sign for the item then a card will be left requiring that they collect the envelope from their local sorting office within 7 days. If the order is not collected within this time it will be returned to us and we will contact the purchaser to arrange re-delivery at an additional cost. If you want to be sure of delivery by a certain date you will need to use one of the guaranteed next working day delivery options: Royal Mail Special Delivery, SMS (this is a postal delivery method not a text message) or DHL. Pub Tokens Limited accepts no responsibility for the delivery of Pub Tokens unless the Royal Mail Special Delivery option is selected. The majority of Royal Mail First Class and First Class Recorded Delivery post arrives within 48 hours of dispatch so if you were to order at noon on Monday your order will be dispatched that afternoon and will most likely be delivered on the Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • Q9. Is change given on Pub Tokens?

    Pub Tokens may only be exchanged for goods or services of a value equal to or higher than the face value provided that any difference in price is paid. In practice this means that change is not given but typically customers redeeming Pub Tokens, like many other gift vouchers and gift cards, spend more than the face value of their tokens (over 40%) when using their tokens. We provide denominations as small as a £5 token so if you think your recipient may only want to spend a small amount at a time then choose the lower denomination tokens to ensure that they use the full value of the gift.

  • Q10. Can I receive a VAT invoice?

    If you are buying on behalf of your company and need a VAT invoice then please email info@pubtokens.com giving us your order number.

  • Q11. How are Pub Tokens presented?

    They are traditional paper tokens (about the size of a £10 note) and will arrive in an attractive Pub Tokens branded card inside a plain envelope. You can add a personal message to the card when ordering.

  • Q12. What do I do if I require more than one gift wallet to accompany my order?

    We already dispatch two wallets with every order, one with the your message and one blank.  If you require additional wallets please email us at info@pubtokens.com  as soon as you have received your Order Confirmation email with your order number and details of your request so that we can notify our fulfilment house. Please do not put a note requesting additional wallets in the body of your message as this system is automated.

  • Q13. What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?

    Please email us at info@pubtokens.com as soon as you have received your Order Confirmation email with your order number and details of the change as we will need to override the automated system before 2pm Mon-Fri. After 2pm there is nothing we can do to amend your order.

  • Q14. How long will I have to redeem my tokens?

    All tokens have an expiry date printed on the rear. Pub Tokens currently on sale expire on 12 May 2021.

  • Q15. Where do you deliver?

    We deliver throughout the UK and British Forces Overseas. We do not dispatch tokens overseas.

  • Q16. What do I do if I have lost my password?

    You need to go to My Account and click on the Forgot your password? link. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and an email will be sent out with a link to create a new password. Please note the password reminder email may end up in your junk or spam email folder so please check this.

  • Q17. What do I do if I change my email address?

    You can edit your email address within My Account - all you need to do is go to My Account and go to the Account Information area within My Account. You can also udpate your password here as well as other personal details.

  • Q18. WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND CAN'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?

    The only thing to do in these circumstances is to create a brand new account with your new email address and a new password.
